I have been interested in cake decorating since I was a little girl watching my grandmother bake. She made the most amazing chocolate buttercream frosting & taught me that no good icing comes from a can!

When I had my own children, I decided to take cake decorating lessons with a friend to make special birthday cakes for them. From there, we grew a booming business & went on to open a retail bakery in Stow.

While I enjoyed my time owning a shop, I decided that returning to doing cakes on my own out of my home would make me much happier. (When you own a business, you spend much less time doing what you love) I wanted to find joy in cake decorating again - and going back to doing it on a smaller scale was the answer for me.
